The only summer playlist you’ll need this year.

**Welcome to our monthly playlist, curated by M.T. Deco’s in-house DJ, Lissie Jacobson, a one-woman music library.**

Happy July Music lovers! It’s summer and I’m super excited to offer you something new this month. Instead of our monthly intention and deep dive into lyrical reflection, we’re doling out some of the best summer hits from multiple decades. Your favorite jams just hit differently when you're outside with the volume up. Whether you’re monitoring the grill, doing your rounds with cold beers (or seltzers) for friends or just relaxing solo in the sun, those tunes you love can bring you an extra amount of joy. Like the sprinkles on your twist cone.

So, who are we going to hear this month? Great question, I would love to tell you (@Elyse Meyers). Lizzo and Harry Styles are two huge fan faves at the moment. Fun fact: in mid-June some fans called out that Lizzo had used a derogatory term in one of her songs in regards to the disability community. She listened, and changed the lyric. Reason #2936 why we love Lizzo. Some 90’s faves that make an appearance are the iconic Mariah Carey and the soulful Santana. And it wouldn’t be a summer hit list without some Pitbull or Nelly. For you classic rock lovers, we gave you some Bruce and some Billy-the kings of New Jersey and Long Island 👑. This ride is a long one – over 3 hours of sweet summer jams.  As always, enjoy!  🎶
