How to add value to larger social conversations
A couple weeks ago, we shared some standout industry takeaways from Hootsuite’s The Global State of Digital 2021 report, and one of the more notable, yet also confounding, ones was: Smart brands listen, then speak - many brands miss the mark by jumping into conversation too soon. The smart ones will be those who sit back, listen, and then find creative ways of fitting into the social conversation instead of trying to lead it.
