Case study: digital for a small business

PROJECT

After five years of running her own highly successful audience insights and analytics company, Front Row Insights founder and GenZ expert, Jayne Charneski, decided it was time to up her digital presence in an effort to reach new clients and explore new revenue streams.

METHOD

M.T. Deco conducted an audit of Front Row Insight’s platforms and an analysis of her competition to understand what was working, what was not, and to identify white space for her to capitalize on in order to stand out. Then, using the strategy as a roadmap, implemented a content system of trend reports, articles and video, rolled out over newly launched social platforms, all bolstered by clear and fresh brand guidelines.

RESULTS

In a little over a month, colleagues noticed the work, new business opportunities have opened up and press outlets like The Wall Street Journal have not only quoted Jayne, but are taking the time to foster a deeper relationship with her as a go-to expert in the GenZ space. M.T. Deco worked with her through every step and, together, have already set new goals and initiatives through 2020.
